Antonio founded Technodynamics after leading tech-enablement at McKinsey & Company, where he spent seven years designing AI-powered enterprise products for the Firm's consultants and Fortune 100 clients.
There he led the teams behind several of the firm's flagship AI products — a strategic-intelligence platform that scaled to thousands of consultants, an AI market scanner that helped surface billions in transaction value, and a knowledge platform that unified the world's leading expert networks. He earned a 2025 Gluck Award and holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
He founded Technodynamics on a simple conviction: the Fortune-100-grade capability he built inside McKinsey shouldn't be out of reach for the middle market. Most firms can't stand up a McKinsey-scale AI team — but they face the same problems. Antonio assembles senior teams around each client's specific problem and runs the work end to end, because technology only creates value once it's adopted.
