Built for McKinsey consulting teams looking to help clients identify high-growth opportunities and translate strategic analysis into execution roadmaps — faster and at higher quality than manual research allowed. We built an AI-powered growth strategy engine that did exactly that, supercharging consultants and scaling to thousands of users across the Firm.

AI Market Scanner

Institutional clients needed to identify private companies and emerging ventures aligned with their strategic priorities across tens of millions of companies. We built a proprietary AI system that scanned the private sector against prioritized themes, producing curated shortlists of potential private sector targets that resulted in billions in cumulative transaction value.

Knowledge Aggregation Platform

McKinsey consultants worldwide needed a single way to find and connect with domain experts across the world's leading expert networks. We built the first platform to aggregate those providers into one interface; then extended it into an AI-powered library of tens of thousands of expert interview transcripts, creating one of McKinsey's most significant sources of codified institutional knowledge.

Online Reputation Intelligence
